The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07, that Mr. Kostas Rozakeas, Chief Financial Officer of the Group and Executive member of the BoD, proceeded on 27/01/11 to the purchase of 3,240 (three thousand two hundred and forty) common shares at the price of 2.84 euros (two euros and eighty four cents) of total value 9,201.60 euros (nine thousand two hundred one euros and sixty cents).
