ATTICA HOLDINGS S.A. - NEW SHARE CAPITAL
Attica Holdings S.A. (the Company) announces that following the completion of the Company's Share Capital Increase and the issuance of 29,236,320 new common registered shares, the new share capital of Attica Group amounts to Euro 159,078,065.60 divided into 191,660,320 common registered voting shares, with a nominal value of Euro 0.83 each.
The new shares have been credited to Investors Shares and Securities Accounts that are kept in the Dematerialized Securities System and are trading on the Athens Stock Exchange as of Monday, 31st January, 2011.
Above information is provided in order to assist the investors in calculating the percentage of the voting shares they hold and therefore to proceed to any action in order to fulfill obligations stipulated by L.3556/2007.
