Announcement according to Law 3556/2007
Frigoglass S.A.I.C. announces according to laws 3556/2007 and 3340/2005 and to the HCMC Decisions 1/434/3.7.2007, 3/347/12.7.2005 and Circular no. 30, that the following acquisitions of company?s shares occurred on 24.02.2011 within the context of exercise of stock options by company employees :
a) Mr. Varvias Gerasimos, son of Konstantinos, Nigeria and Consumer Appliances Executive Director, acquired 9.333 shares of the Company against a total price of euro 37.332.
b) Mr. Panas Alexandros, son of Periklis, Marketing Director, acquired 2.333 shares of the Company against a total price of euro 9.332.
c) Mr. Stergiou Vassilis, son of Aggelos, Head of Finance, acquired 2.333 shares of the Company against a total price of euro 9.332.
