"HELLENIC TELECOMMUNICATIONS ORGANIZATION S.A." is, pursuant to the provisions of Law 3340/2005 and Decision 3/347/12.07.2005 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, a related legal entity with Mr. Vasilios Fourlis son of Stylianos, Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors of Piraeus Bank.
