ELLAKTOR SA, pursuant to paragraph (ic), article 2 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission BoD decision 3/347/12.07.2005, announces to the investment community that has proceeded with the issuance of the following three year bond loans: a) euro 75 million, with the Banks EFG EUROBANK ERGASIAS AE and EUROBANK EFG CYPRUS LIMITED and b) euro 50 million, with the NATIONAL BANK OF GREECE SA and NATIONAL BANK OF GREECE (CYPRUS) LTD, that will be used to refinance existing bond loans amounting to euro 125 million that expire on the 31st of March 2011.
