PPC S.A. announces that the Directorate General for Competition of the European Commission issued a positive opinion regarding the formation of a JV between PPC S.A. and Urbaser S.A
The company will be responsible for the study, performance of projects and the rendering of all types of services related to
- waste management in general,
- electricity generation from and/or related to waste management, and
- urban and industrial waste water treatment, within the territory of Greece.
