As part of the obligations of the Company to inform investors, Hellenic Exchanges SA announces the Financial Calendar for 2011:
- Release of Fiscal Year 2010 Results: Wednesday March 9th 2011
- Release of First Quarter 2011 Results: Monday May 16th 2011
- Annual General Meeting of Shareholders: Wednesday May 18th 2011
- Ex-dividend date (*): Wednesday May 25th 2011
If there is a dividend payment, the cutoff date for the dividend will take place before the expiration date of the liquid - at the time of the cutoff date - series of derivative products, on which the HELEX share is an underlying security.
- Dividend beneficiaries - Record date (*): Friday May 27th 2011
- Dividend payment date (*): Thursday June 2nd 2011
- Release of Six Month 2011 Results: Thursday July 28th 2011
- Release of Nine Month 2011 Results: Monday November 7th 2011
(*) The abovementioned dates are subject to approval at the Annual General Meeting of shareholders.
The fiscal year 2010 dividend will be paid out through a bank. The bank chosen (to be announced later) will credit the operators' accounts, and they in turn will credit the beneficiaries' accounts.
The annual meeting with analysts concerning the financial results will take place on March 16th 2011.
The results will be published after the end of trading on Athens Exchange on the release day, on the Company's website (www.helex.gr) as well as on the website of Athens Exchange (www.athex.gr). The results will be published in the press two working days following their publication on the Company's website.
