HELLENIC EXCHANGES-ATHENS STOCK EXCHANGE would like to inform investors that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting on 27.07.2015, set the ex-date and payment date for the special dividend (share capital return) of EUR0.11 per share that had been decided by the 1^st Repetitive General Meeting of Shareholders on 03.6.2015.

Following the determination of the abovementioned dates, the financial calendar for the remainder of the fiscal year is as follows:

• Special dividend beneficiaries – record date:           Monday August 10^th 2015

The ex-date (Monday 7 Aug 2015) is before the expiration of the following future contracts that are traded in the derivatives market: Future with the Company's share (stock symbol: EXAE) as the underlying security – expiration on 18.09.2015, and future on the FTSE/ATHEX LARGE CAP (in which EXAE is a component stock) – expiration on 21.08.2015.

• Special dividend payment date:                                  Thursday August 13^th 2015
• Release of Nine Month 2015 Results:                          Monday November 23^rd 2015

It should be noted that the financial results will be published on the Company website (www.athexgroup.gr) after the end of trading on Athens Exchange on the release day.
