The Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA (OTE SA) announces that, following the decision of OTE?s Chairman and CEO, Mr Michael Tsamaz, Μs Irini Nikolaidi assumes today the new position of OTE Group Legal Counsel- Executive Director of Legal and Regulatory Affairs of OTE Group, which will incorporate the General Directorate of Legal Affairs of OTE and the General Directorate of Regulatory Affairs of OTE .
As of today, 19.1.2011, Μs Irini Nikolaidi also assumes the position of Legal Counsel of OTE and General Director of Legal Affairs.
Μs Irini Nikolaidi is the Legal Counsel, Competition and Legal Affairs General Director at Cosmote, a position which she will continue to hold. She joined OTE in 1996 as an expert in telecommunications, and then joined Cosmote as Legal Counsel, since the company?s foundation. Ms Nikolaidi holds a Law degree from the University of Athens, Greece, as well as a Master's Degree (LL.M.) in International Business Law from the University of London (UCL), UK, where she specialized, among other subjects, in International Finance and International Trade Law.
Μr Paraskevas Passias, who held the position of Legal Counsel of OTE left the company today. The Chairman and CEO of OTE, Mr Michael Tsamaz, thanked Mr Passias for his many years of contribution at OTE.
