AEGEAN AIRLINES S.A. announces, that according to L. 3556/2007 in combination with the resolution of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission 1/434/3.7.2007, Mr. Theodore Vassilakis, Chairman of the BoD of the company (person obliged to notify pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005) purchased on 25/01/2011 and on 26/01/2011, 15,000 and 10,000 common registered shares of Aegean Airlines of total value Euro 32,364.71 and Euro 21,717.95, respectively.
