Announcement of Regulated Information, pursuant to Law 3556/07
According to article 14(3) of Law 3556/2007, Hellenic Petroleum S.A. announces that:
Following a written notification received by the company POIH HOLDINGS LIMITED on 17 December 2010, the latter in the period 19/09/2008 ? 29/12/2009 increased its participation in the share capital by more than 3% since its previous notification dated 19/09/2008. Therefore the company POIH HOLDINGS LIMITED controlled indirectly a percentage of 39.023% from 36,014% previously of the Company's voting rights, representing 119,267,271 common registered shares.
Following a written notification received by the companies POIH HOLDINGS LIMITED and POIH INVESTMENT LIMITED on 21 December 2010, there was a change in the chain of controlled undertakings through which the voting rights in the issuer were effectively held, as on 17/12/2010 the company POIH HOLDINGS LIMITED transferred its total shareholding of PANEUROPEAN OIL & INDUSTRIAL HOLDINGS Shares to POIH INVESTMENT LIMITED.
It is also hereby announced that, following a written notification received by the companies POIH HOLDINGS LIMITED and POIH INVESTMENT LIMITED on 21 December 2010, from the period of 29/12/2009-17/12/2010, the company POIH INVESTMENT LIMITED controls indirectly a percentage of 40.984% of the Company?s voting rights, representing 125,262,955 common registered shares.
Following a written notification received by the company POIH HOLDINGS LIMITED on 17 December 2010, the latter in the period 19/09/2008 ? 29/12/2009 increased its participation in the share capital by more than 3% since its previous notification dated 19/09/2008. Therefore the company POIH HOLDINGS LIMITED controlled indirectly a percentage of 39.023% from 36,014% previously of the Company's voting rights, representing 119,267,271 common registered shares.
Following a written notification received by the companies POIH HOLDINGS LIMITED and POIH INVESTMENT LIMITED on 21 December 2010, there was a change in the chain of controlled undertakings through which the voting rights in the issuer were effectively held, as on 17/12/2010 the company POIH HOLDINGS LIMITED transferred its total shareholding of PANEUROPEAN OIL & INDUSTRIAL HOLDINGS Shares to POIH INVESTMENT LIMITED.
