1) Bought on 11.01.2011, 2,000 common registered shares of OPAP S.A. at a total value of € 26,000.00
2) Bought on 11.01.2011, 9 stock reverse repos of OPAP S.A. at a total value of € 11,412.00
3) Sold on 11.01.2011, 2,000 common registered shares of OPAP S.A. at a total value of € 26,017.54
4) Bought on 11.01.2011, 11 futures of OPAP S.A. at a total value of € 14,181.00
5) Bought on 11.01.2011, 7,994 common registered shares of OPAP S.A. at a total value of € 103,601.97
6) Sold on 11.01.2011, 4,554 common registered shares of OPAP S.A. at a total value of € 58,659.56.
The notification by Eurobank EFG Equities S.A. to OPAP S.A. and accordingly, by OPAP S.A. to the Capital Market Commission, is disclosed precisely because, Mr. Dimosthenis Archontidis holds a managerial role as a non-executive member of the Eurobank EFG Equities S.A. Board, while at the same time he is a non-executive Member of the OPAP S.A. Board (liable person according to Law 3340/2005).
