1) Bought on 05.04.2011, 2,643 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of € 39,410.44
2) Sold on 05.04.2011, 3,000 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of € 44,890.00
3) Bought on 05.04.2011, 9,725 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of € 146,386.95
4) Sold on 05.04.2011, 9,281 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of € 138,777.36
5) Sold on 05.04.2011, 9,725 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of € 146,511.15.
The notification by Eurobank EFG Equities S.A. to OPAP S.A. and accordingly, by OPAP S.A. to the Capital Market Commission, is disclosed precisely because, Mr. Dimosthenis Archontidis holds a managerial role as a non-executive member of the Eurobank EFG Equities S.A. Board, while at the same time he is a non-executive Member of the OPAP S.A. Board (liable person according to Law 3340/2005).
