Alumil administration, following the announcement on November 18th, 2010, announces the completion of the acquisition of 93.66% of INTERNO SA (following the process of reduction of share capital of INTERNO SA, in order to cover losses from previous years and the simultaneous increase in the company's share capital through a cash payment of EUR 300.000,00). With the completion of the Alumil SA owns 100% of the company INTERNO SA.
