The Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA (OTE SA), in accordance with Law 3556/2007, 1/434/03.07.2007 Decision of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, article 13 of Law 3340/2005 and 3/347/12.07.2005 Decision of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces that:
EFG Eurobank Ergasias SA, where Mr. Nikolaos Karamouzis, Member of the Board of Directors of OTE SA, is Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Executive Member of the Board of Directors, on November 25, 2010 purchased 41,683 shares of OTE SA of a total value of 281,645.92 euro and on November 26, 2010 purchased 27,905 shares of OTE SA of a total value of 187,516.70 euro.
