Hellenic Exchanges informs investors that the Board of Directors, at its meeting on 16.5.2011, appointed Mr. Vassilios Govaris as Chief Financial Officer, and Mrs. Georgia Mourla to replace Mr. Symeon Spyrou as Director of Strategic Planning, Communication and Investor Relations.
Mr. Govaris and Mrs. Mourla will assume their duties on 18.5.2011.
