The Company FOLLI FOLLIE S.A , with trade title “FF GROUP", announces that pursuant to Law 3556/ 2007, Law 3340/07 in conjunction with the Hellenic Capital Market Commission's decision No. 1/ 434/ 3.7.2007, Mr. Dimitrios Koutsolioutsos, President of the BoD of FF GROUP, acquired on August 06th , 2015 250 common nominal shares at a total value of 5.312,50  Euro and on August 7^th, 2015, 2.021 common nominal shares at a total value of 42.441,00. Such transaction was notified to the Company according to article 13 of Law.3340/2005.
