Under Article 4.1.2, paragraph 1(Β) and Article 4.1.4.3.1 of the ATHEX Regulation, the company HALCOR S.A. announces the following Financial Calendar of 2011:
The disclosure of the Annual Results for the fiscal year 2010 will take place on Monday, March 28, 2011 and the Annual Financial Statements of the fiscal year 2010 will be published on Tuesday, March 29, 2011.
The annual briefing of analysts regarding the financial results of the company will be held on Wednesday, April 13, 2011.
The Shareholders Annual Ordinary General Meeting will be realized on Thursday, June 16, 2011.
