In accordance with article 4, par. 4 of Regulation 2273/2003 of the Commission of European Union, Sciens International Investments and Holdings S.A. announces that following the resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders dated May 20, 2010 and the Board of Directors resolution dated May 20, 2010, and in accordance with article 16 of L. 2190/1920, during the trading session of 16/03/2011 acquired 13,890 own shares through PROTONBANK S.A. at the price of € 0.49 per share and the total value of the transaction amounted to € 6,806.10.
