According to the provisions of the articles 4.1.4.3.1 of the ATHEX Regulation, the company ELLAKTOR S.A., announces its financial calendar as follows:
1. The Company's Ordinary Shareholders Meeting will take place on Friday, June 24, 2011.
2. The FY 2010 financial statements as well as the consolidated financial statements will be released to the Athens Exchange and will be published on Thursday, March 31, 2011.
3. The Analysts' briefing on the FY 2010 results will take place on Thursday, March 31, 2011, via a teleconference.
4. The Ex-dividend date for the year 2010 will be on June 28, 2011. The ex-dividend date is scheduled to be after June 17, 2011 which is the expiry date of the FTSE/ATHEX 20 Futures.
5. Dividend beneficiaries - Record date - 30 June, 2011. (Based on the new ATHEX Rulebook, beneficiaries of the dividend are those investors who are registered in the DSS on the relevant "record date").
6. The dividend payment date for the year 2010 will start on Wednesday, July 6, 2011.
