ELLAKTOR S.A. announces to its shareholders as well as the shareholders of AKTOR S.A. and PANTECHNIKI S.A. (companies that were absorbed by ELLAKTOR S.A.) that the five year period for the collection of the dividend for the fiscal year 2004, expires on 31/12/2010. After this date, dividends not collected from entitled parties will be written off, according to the Law, in favor of the Hellenic State.
