OPAP S.A., pursuant to article 10 of Law 3340/2005 and resolution 3/347/12.7.2005 of the Capital Market Commission's BoD, announces to investors that OPAP's BoD, during its meeting on 16 March 2011, decided and approved the election and appointment of Mrs Efthimia H. Halatsi as independent non executive member of the Board, in replacement of the resigned independent non executive member of the Board, Mr Periklis G. Venieris, for the remaining term of office, and redefined their status as Executive and Non Executive Members by amendment of the 28/27.10.2010 (item 1) decision of the Board of Directors, as follows:
