1) Bought on 08.03.2011, 11,155 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of € 178,165.95
2) Bought on 08.03.2011, 5 futures of OPAP S.A., at a total value of € 7,935.00
3) Sold on 08.03.2011, 11,155 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of € 178,322.76
4) Sold on 08.03.2011, 5 futures of OPAP S.A., at a total value of € 7,560.00
5) Bought on 08.03.2011, 8,317 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of € 132,351.51
6) Sold on 08.03.2011, 24,782 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of € 393,522.21.
The notification by Eurobank EFG Equities S.A. to OPAP S.A. and accordingly, by OPAP S.A. to the Capital Market Commission, is disclosed precisely because, Mr. Dimosthenis Archontidis holds a managerial role as a non-executive member of the Eurobank EFG Equities S.A. Board, while at the same time he is a non-executive Member of the OPAP S.A. Board (liable person according to Law 3340/2005).
