Frigoglass announces that on May 13th, 2011, pursuant to its BoD resolution on May 12th, 2011, it sold 900.000 treasury shares at the price of euro 11,15 per share for a total consideration of euro 10.035.000. Following the above transaction, Frigoglass treasury shares represent 4.67% of the outstanding number of shares from 6.91% before.
