Zug, Switzerland – 30 September 2015 – Coca-Cola HBC AG ("Coca-Cola HBC") today announces that the base prospectus dated 30 September 2015 in respect of the update of the €3,000,000,000 Euro Medium-Term Note Programme by Coca-Cola HBC Finance B.V. as Issuer and guaranteed by Coca-Cola HBC and Coca-Cola HBC Holdings B.V. (the "Base Prospectus"), originally established on 3 June 2013, has been approved by the UK Listing Authority.
