ANNOUNCEMENT

According to Ministerial Decision as published in the Government Gazette no. 1841, 26 August 2015 the deadline for the publication of the first half 2015 financial results of all banks with shares listed in the Athens Exchange is extended to September 30, 2015. Subject to the Ministerial Decision, NBG will inform the investment community on the date of release of its first half and second quarter 2015 financial results.
