In accordance with L. 3340/2005, as well as decision number 3/347/12.7.2005 of the Hellenic Capital Markets Commission, TRASTOR REIC S.A. announces that, during the meeting of the Companys Board of Directors dated 7.6.2011, the resignation of Mr. Stavros Siokos from the post of the President of the Board of Directors of the Company was accepted and Mr. Dimitris Georgakopoulos was unanimously elected, in replacement of the resigned President. In addition, the resignation of the Non-Executive Member Mr. Andreas Kapsalis was accepted and Mr. Christos Vakis was unanimously elected in replacement.
In view of the above, the Companys Board of Directors was reincorporated as follows:
