1) Bought on 03.06.2011, 24,549 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of € 297,931.95
2) Bought on 03.06.2011, 19 futures of OPAP S.A., at a total value of € 22,953.00
3) Sold on 03.06.2011, 3,196 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of € 38,695.78
4) Sold on 03.06.2011, 12 futures of OPAP S.A., at a total value of € 14,590.00
5) Bought on 03.06.2011, 5,843 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of € 70,726.27
6) Sold on 03.06.2011, 5,843 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of € 70,701.82.
The notification by Eurobank EFG Equities S.A. to OPAP S.A. and accordingly, by OPAP S.A. to the Capital Market Commission, is disclosed precisely because, Mr. Dimosthenis Archontidis holds a managerial role as a non-executive member of the Eurobank EFG Equities S.A. Board, while at the same time he is a non-executive Member of the OPAP S.A. Board (liable person according to Law 3340/2005).
