SKAGEN KON-TIKI VERDIPAPIRFOND informed the Company in writing on 09.06.2011 that on 07.06.2011 it purchased common registered shares with a voting right of HELLENIC EXCHANGES S.A. HOLDING CLEARING SETTLEMENT & REGISTRY (HELEX). Following the abovementioned transaction, SKAGEN KON-TIKI VERDIPAPIRFOND directly holds 5.69% of the share capital of HELEX (from 3.55% before the transaction).
