Amendment of Economic Calendar 2011
Societe anonyme trading as ELLAKTOR SA, according to article 4.1.4.3.1 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, and further to the announcement on 29.03.2011 of its Economic Calendar, informs the investor public that the annual Ordinary General Meeting of shareholders will be held on Thursday, June 30, 2011, instead of Friday, June 24, 2011.
The Company's Economic Calendar is now as follows:
1. The Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Thursday, June 30, 2011.
2. Ex-dividend date for fiscal year 2010 is July 5, 2011. Dividend will be cut-off after June 17, 2011 which signals the date of maturity of the Futures of FTSE/ATHEX 20 Index.
3. Record Date - July 7, 2011.
(According to the new ATHEX regulation, dividend beneficiaries are investors listed in the DSS records on the relevant Record date).
4. Dividend payment date is July 12, 2011.
