HOLDINGS announces according to the Law 3556/2007, the Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 and the Circular nr. 33 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that on May 31, 2011, Mr. Georgios E. Efstratiadis, Executive Member of the Board of Directors and General Manager of MIG, acquired 3,500 register bonds convertible into common registered shares of MIG, with total net value of EUR 8,723.82.
