OPAP S.A., pursuant to the provisions of L.3556/2007 and following a disclosure submitted to OPAP by Capital Income Builder, on 23.05.2011, announces that Capital Income Builder, now directly holds a total of 15,413,781 shares.
The transaction date during which the 5% threshold participation was crossed was 19.05.2011. According to the disclosure, the number of direct shares held prior to the transaction, were 16,167,414.
It is also noted that the overall Capital Group's participation holding over the total share capital of OPAP S.A., remains above 15%.
