ATEbank announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 & 21) and in conjunction with article 11 of Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission Board of Directors and Circular 33/2007, that Mr. Christou Konstantinos, Risk Management Director, as person obliged to disclose such information based on article 13 of Law 3340/2005, on 07/07/2011, acquired 53,100 ATEbank's New Common Registered Shares, with voting rights, of total value Euros 56,817 divided to:
a) 48,100 New Common Registered Shares, with voting rights, of 51,467 Euros, by exercising his share capital increase rights during the SCI period and
b) 5,000 New Common Registered Shares, with voting rights, of 5,350 Euros by subscribing for unsubscribed shares.
