UPDATE OF 2015 FINANCIAL CALENDAR

OPAP S.A., in accordance with articles 4.1.2 & 4.1.4.3.1. of the Athens Exchange Regulation announces the completion of its 2015 Financial Calendar with the following:

Friday          11.09.2015:   Cutoff date for the payment of the interim dividend for the fiscal year 2015, that is, prior to 18.09.2015, which signifies the expiration date for the Futures Contracts on the Company´s stock and on the FTSE/ATHEX Large Cap index in which it is included.

Monday       14.09.2015:   Interim Dividend beneficiaries - Record date

Friday          18.09.2015:   Interim Dividend Payment date (on which the payment shall commence)

Interim Dividend will be paid according to ATHEX regulation through a credit institution (bank) and clarifications for the payment procedure will be provided with separate announcement.
