AEGEAN AIRLINES S.A. announces, that in compliance with L. 3556/2007 and the resolution of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission 1/434/3.7.2007, and following notification provided pursuant to Article 13 of L. 3340, Mr. Achilleas Constantakopoulos, non executive member of the BoD, sold 444.000 common registered shares of Aegean Airlines of a total value of 781,440 euro to his brother Mr. Christos Constantakopoulos on 07/07/2011. It is noted that aforementioned transfer of shares is considered a transaction connected with the interests of members of the same family.
