Intracom S.A. Holdings announces that the time period for the exercise of its put option right for the sale of its 49% participation in Intracom S.A. Telecom Solutions to JSC Concern Sitronics has been extended till 30th June 2012.
Intracom S.A. Holdings shall duly inform the investment community on any future developments relating to the exercise of its put option right within the framework of applicable laws.
