1) Sold on 27.05.2011, 17,472 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of € 227,188.12
2) Bought on 27.05.2011, 17,472 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of € 227,373.04
3) Sold on 27.05.2011, 3,991 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of € 50,209.24
4) Bought on 27.05.2011, 17,194 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of € 221,013.40
5) Sold on 27.05.2011, 1,468 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of € 18,907.84
6) Bought on 27.05.2011, 1,468 common registered shares of OPAP S.A., at a total value of € 19,230.80.
The notification by Eurobank EFG Equities S.A. to OPAP S.A. and accordingly, by OPAP S.A. to the Capital Market Commission, is disclosed precisely because, Mr. Dimosthenis Archontidis holds a managerial role as a non-executive member of the Eurobank EFG Equities S.A. Board, while at the same time he is a non-executive Member of the OPAP S.A. Board (liable person according to Law 3340/2005).
