The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07, that Mr. Kiriakos Sarantis, Vice Chairman of the BoD and Managing Director of the Group, proceeded on October 13^th, 14^th and 15^th 2014 to the purchase of 9,704 common shares in total at the price of 7.45 euros of total value 72,315.85 euros.
