MYTILINEOS HOLDINGS S.A.. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 in combination with article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that EUROBANK ERGASIAS S.A.,  bought, on October 2nd , 2014, 30,000 common shares of the company of a total value of Euro 186,659.81. This transaction has been duly acknowledged to the Company pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005. 

The notification is disclosed because Mr. Wade Burton holds a managerial position as Non-Εxecutive Director of the EUROBANK ERGASIAS S.A. Board of Directors, while at the same time he is a Non-Executive Member of the MYTILINEOS HOLDINGS S.A. Board of Directors.
