MYTILINEOS S.A. - GROUP OF COMPANIES hereby announces pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005 and upon a relevant notice from Mr. Wade Burton, who holds a managerial position as Non-Executive Member of the MYTILINEOS HOLDINGS S.A. Board of Directors that on November 10th 2014, certain subsidiaries of Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited (“Fairfax”), acquired in total 162,000 common shares of the company with an aggregate value of €898,063.20.

Furthermore on November 11th 2014, certain subsidiaries of Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited (“Fairfax”), acquired in total 80,000 common shares of the company with an aggregate value of €453,944.00.

Mr. Wade Burton made this notification because he is also a Vice-President and Portfolio Manager at Hamblin Watsa Investment Counsel Ltd., which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fairfax and is the investment manager of certain Fairfax subsidiaries.
