Athens, October 22, 2014 – Frigoglass announces according to Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21) and the Hellenic Capital Market Commission Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 (article 11) and following receipt of the relevant transaction information on 22 October 2014 that Mr. George Leventis, Non-Executive Member of Frigoglass BoD and liable person according to article 13 of the Law 3340/2005, acquired 21,690 shares of total value €56.423,43 on 16/10/2014, 17/10/2014, 20/10/2014 and 21/10/2014.
