The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07, that Mr. Kiriakos Sarantis, Vice Chairman of the BoD and Managing Director of the Group, proceeded on October 29^th and 31^st 2014 to the purchase of 6,342 common shares in total at the price of 7.02 euros of total value 44,493.10 euros.
