Announcement of significant change to the voting rights according to law 3556/2007
Pursuant to the provisions of L.3556/2007, TRASTOR REAL ESTATE INVESTMENTS S.A. informs the investors that on 7th October 2014, the following notifications were received:
Α) Piraeus Bank informed that the total percentage of voting rights exceeded the threshold of disclosure obligation of 2/3.
The voting rights attached to shares prior to the relevant transaction were 19.222.028 and the total percentage of the voting rights 35,02%. Following the transaction of 7/10/14, the voting rights are 38.953.302 (18.551.880 direct and 20.401.422 indirect) and the total percentage of the rights is 70,9684%.
Β) PASAL DEVELOPMENT S.A. informed that the total percentage of voting rights fell below the disclosure threshold of 5%.
Prior the transaction PASAL's voting rights attached to shares were 20.353.776, and the total percentage of the rights 37,08%. Following the transaction of 7/10/14, PASAL does no longer posess any voting rights.
