Athens, October 15, 2014 – The Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA (OTE SA or the Company) announces that, following yesterday's completion of a competitive process  through the signing of relevant documentation with UEFA, it obtained the broadcasting rights for all the matches of the European football club competitions UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League from 2015 to 2018. More specifically:

• Regarding Champions League, ΟΤΕ TV will broadcast exclusively 133 out of 146 games and the remaining 13 in parallel broadcast with a free-to-air network, as follows:
• Both days of the tournament's playoff games, exclusively.
• All Tuesday games from the group stage up until the final, exclusively.
• All Wednesday matches - save one, from the group stage up until the final. The aforementioned single game of each fixture will be broadcast simultaneously by OTE TV and a free broadcasting network (the final will be broadcast by OTE TV for parallel broadcast bya free broadcasting TV channel).  
• Regarding Europa League, ΟΤΕ TV has obtained the exclusive rights for all 204 matches to be played in the tournament up until the final (which will be offered by OTE TV for parallel broadcast by a free broadcasting TV channel).
