 The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07, that Mr. Kiriakos Sarantis, Vice Chairman of the BoD and Managing Director of the Group, proceeded on October 8^th, 9^th and 10^th 2014 to the purchase of 20,200 common shares in total at the price of 7.59 euros of total value 153,314.60 euros.
