Signing of loan contracts for the refinancing of syndicated loans

Following the signing of the term sheet on August 3, 2018, PPC announces that today, October 5, 2018, two loan agreements amounting to € 1.3 bln in total were signed with a consortium of Greek Banks for the refinancing  of existing debt.

Through this refinancing, PPC achieves a significant extension of its debt maturities as well as strengthens its capital structure.
