Changes in Composition ATHEX Indices | |||

TThe Athens Stock Exchange announces the changes that will be implemented in the composition of the ATHEX Stock Market Indices regarding the merger by absorption of the company «ELTECH ANEMOS S.A.» by the company «ELLAKTOR S.A.».
In detail,
- Athens Composite Share Price Index & Athens Composite Total Return Index
The shares of the company «ELTECH ANEMOS S.A.» are removed from the index and replaced by the shares of the company «I. KLOUKINAS - I. LAPPAS S.A.» with investability weight 32% and capping factor 1.0.
- ATHEX Mid & Small Cap Price Index
The shares of the company «I. KLOUKINAS - I. LAPPAS S.A.» are removed from the index and replaced by the shares of the company «BYTE COMPUTER S.A.» with investability weight 32%.
- FTSE/ATHEX Mid Cap Index
The shares of the company «ELTECH ANEMOS S.A.» are removed from the index and replaced by the shares of the company «PROFILE SYSTEMS & SOFTWARE S.A.» with investability weight 50%.
- FTSE/ATHEX Market Index
The shares of the company «ELTECH ANEMOS S.A.» are removed from the index, without immediate replacement.
- FTSE/ATHEX Utilities
The shares of the company «ELTECH ANEMOS S.A.» are removed from the index, without immediate replacement.
Changes will be effective from the session of Monday July 22nd 2019
