EL.TECH. ANEMOS S.A. announces the following:

Theodoros Sietis, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Managing Director of the company EL.TECH. ANEMOS S.A. (“obliged person” according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005) announces, pursuant to the provisions of Law 3556/2007, as currently in force, in combination with the provisions of article 19 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014, that on 24.09.2018 he sold through the affiliated legal person SPESED ENTERPRISES LIMITED 150,000 common, registered, voting shares of EL.TECH. ANEMOS S.A., of a total value of Euro 300,000.
