Spin off process of new automobiles & spare parts SEAT import and trading segment has been completed on 1^st of July from Autohellas SA (the Company or Contributor) by establishing a new company with the name «TECHNOCAR SINGLE MEMBER TRADING SOCIETE ANONYME» (TECHNOCAR or Established Company) according to provisions of laws 2190/1920, 4548/2018 and 1297/1972. The established company(TECHNOCAR) is 100% subsidiary of Autohellas and registered to General Commercial Registry records with reference number 6817(01.07.2019).
