OPAP S.A., pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and the provisions of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, announces that under the "obligation of transactions notification" received the following notifications from liable persons that participated in the 2018 remaining dividend reinvestment program:

Mr. Michal Houst, Executive BoD member & CFO, obtained on 15.07.2019, 1,130 company shares, of a total value of Euros 10,802.98.
Mr. Nikos Polymenakos, Investor Relations Director, obtained on 15.07.2019, 350 company shares, of a total value of Euros 3,346.06.
